The Experience
There is a light that shines beyond all things on earth— Beyond us all, beyond the heavens, Beyond the highest, the very highest heavens. This is the light that shines in your heart. This day retreat is a heartfelt invitation to reconnect with that inner light, restore balance, and embrace the beauty of the present moment. It has been carefully designed with love and intention to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. We will begin with a slow, mindful yoga practice to help you return to the sacred connection of your heart, followed by a gentle, guided light meditation. You’ll then be immersed in the ethereal voice of Hannah Luna Rose, who will sing in Gaelic, just as our ancestors did generations ago. Hannah will share the meaning behind each song and use her voice and traditional instruments to guide you on an inner journey of remembrance and reconnection. Afterward, we’ll come together to enjoy a feast of fresh, seasonal delights, followed by a peaceful forest walk—an invitation to ground, reflect, and simply be.
Cancellation Policy
Please book onto class no later than 12 hrs before the class is due to start. Please be advised that there will be a 24hr cancellation notice to either move or cancel your class. Many thanks for your understanding.
