The Experience
This is how women have supported each other for thousands of years. A safe space community that is supportive and loving, a space where you can explore your soul's purpose and connect with others who share similar desires for self-discovery and creative impact. Each month we will gather in line with the moon cycle, move gently through the body, finding freedom in the joints, muscles and mind. Guided meditations to connect deeply with the heart and set monthly intentions with the power of the moon. Journal prompts to get you into the energy of manifesting at this potent time, and sitting in a circle with your tribe whilst enjoying delicious snacks and warm drinks. Each month will be themed differently: May - New Moon Manifesting June - Summer Solstice July - Full Moon Vibes - Reiki & Creative exercise with Sarah Anne - Reiki Master. Sep - Healing through sound - Presented by Windsor & Eton Sound Healing Oct - Releasing & Letting Go Full Moon Vibes Nov - Full Moon Ease and Release - Guest Speaker is my dear friend Alison, who is a Louise Hay Coach.
