The Experience

Ché Yoga offers bedtime yoga sessions designed to help you improve sleep and relax your body and mind. Through gentle poses and calming breathwork, you can unwind and release the stresses of the day. Join us to discover the benefits of a peaceful evening routine that promotes better sleep and overall well-being. Sign up for this six-week course and create a bedtime ritual that enhances the quality of your sleep. The course will include six live online classes (60 minutes), a workbook to journal your sleep journey and unlimited access to all the recordings. Each class will include deep stretches on the floor using pillows and blankets to support the body. Guided breathwork to improve focus and release noise of the mind. Yoga Nidra to reduce stress and relax into sleep.


Cancellation Policy

Please book onto class no later than 12 hrs before the class is due to start. Please be advised that there will be a 24hr cancellation notice to either move or cancel your class. Many thanks for your understanding.
